Leading the Core Teams within Layer 1 and Layer 2, more specifically User Plan and User Plane Control.. That includes Continuous coordination and communication with several stake holders within and outside the organization during the project life cycle. Worked at PDU 4G 5G RAN as Product Architect Lead, Where I was working with development of 5G Continuous Integration. I was making sure the development is done according to the defined strategy in time. Ran pre-studies and “proof of concepts” for virtualization of RAN software in cloud environment, that included working with developers and system users to find out the risks, resources and potentials and presenting it to senior management for decision making.
